Description
The usual FoCul debug mode system will be implemented.
There will be options on the
Admin Options
form to trigger this -see FDT Contact Manager
Where there is workflow that is stopped by an interlock then "Developer Debug Mode" whould allow the user to bypass that interlock but to be suitably warned
The dubug mode hide when should use the scheme ehcih hides the controlled sections rather than the individual fields
