1) There are hidden fields showing at the bottum of the template form. Hangover due to rich text hide when 'feature' and tempaltes being created prior to design changes. Does not affect new templates

1) Can a button be added to the Shift Log database to create a Trip Failure?
2) Do we need a Failures By Status view? (2 stage - open/closed)

4) The Motor Data Sheets Isolation Mehtods tab will need links to the Job Methods. These job mehtods will be in the library (make relevant fields on Motor Data Sheet selection).
5) View of Maintenance Policy by SAP number required
6) Need to be able to specify berth on Mainteneance Policy Line Items
7) View of Protective Equipment Schedules By Category required
8) Remove the Spend Map Template Configuration from the Spend Map views.
9) Protective Equipment Register - change SD Module to Node (on form, view column headers and outline design).
10) Should the Register be sorted by equipment ID before node (SD Module)?
11) The Register requires a search view.
12) Ensure the totaliser column is present in all register views.
