1. Should not be able to change the Equipment Number/Description once set. No, this is ok, do not change

2. Process Relevant - need ability to mark individual documents as process relevane  at document and view level- SC comment - view change not necessary.

3. Do not include 'blank' documents in views - particularly Item Top Sheets where one is created in back end but closed without being completed.  This results in "blank" item top sheets. (AC)

4. Check the Item Top Sheets By System view - items showing that should not be? (AC) -  ok, shows as -not set- if no system

5. New view for documents (note to files specifically including all system ones - RCAs, Failures etc) by equipment type (subtype?)

6. Tags may be unweildy?  Will people remove tags?  NTH --> Personal tagging

7.'NA' needs to be an option in Replacement Frequency field on Item Top Sheet

8. Note for Export templates - export required for Replacement Due information

9. Link from REDS inspection interval to CAM2 Maintenance Policy? No

10. Check field/table alignment on Quick Note to File (AC)

11. Need view of note to file documents grouped by type by plant - similar to 5. above (one by plant and one by equipment type)

12. Real time look up to role for contributors still required (AC)

13. Brief title on note to files not appearing in embedded views - should it? (AC) ok, uses other descriptive fields

14. Failure Impacts.  There is a Failiures By Impact view which uses the Impact_Tx field.  This is not currently on the Failure subform?  Needs to be added. (AC) Impact_Tx concatenated field by eng cost, prod_cost

15. Links from main menu to Shift Manager Log Database.  Any other databases? Leave for now

16. On note template, Notify these people when doc complete should have the initiator as an option. (SC)

17. Actions displaying as fACtion in Latest Documents view.  Viewtitle_Tx issue? (SC)

18. On template configuration default in certain fields e.g. Complete status (SC)

19. IDEA - Ability to send e-mails to database for filing as a Note To File against the  Item Top Sheet using equip number as reference.  Appear as "E-mail Tech Note"

20. Mandatory fields on a 2 stage document are not being enforced before closure.

21. On New Item Top Sheet action change Electrical General to IE General.  Should be IE not EI for all?

22. Installed Year needs 50's and 60's or pre -certain date - kw config change.

23. Performance Ranking needs to be under Asset Life Plan Tab (valves only?).  Will require extra subform functionality.

24. Need to clarify who can edit Maintenance Policy Line Items.

25. PA codes 1-5 for Plant State on Maintenance Policy Line Items  - kw config change.

26. On Maintenance Policy Line Item ensure that the Additional Notes field is RT and add purple bubble to say can add attachments.

27. Allow removal of SAP number - by allowing blank in dialog box - ensure record in history the SAP numer that has been added or if someone has removed one.

29. Maintenance Policy Line Items are not being created in the 2nd database.

30. Show Loop on all Item Top Sheets

31. Rogue action button appearing on Quick Notes - appears to be a Withdraw/Cancel button)

32. View required of Note To File by Type

33. Document Library Categories  are currently restricted to those specified in the template.  Should users be allowed to add own category?  No, leave as is

34. IDEA - Ability to add a link or attachment in Special Notes (data maintenance considerations)  No

35. Asset Life Plant tab name to be renamed Maintenace Policy - to consider

36. Ensure all equip number records from CAM2 area in orginal database are copied to the new object store for IE testing on Friday.

37. On Item Top Sheet the message next to Criticality refers to the Maintenance Policy tab - this has been renamed to Asset Life Plan (see 35 above)

38. DCS - Item Top Sheets required by Area / Services.  If site wide use Services as the area.  Consider any site wide misc docs to be in document library?
Mike Vaughan to get back to us about the fault doc - may requied a subform similar to RCA (without workflow).
NTF templates created for Change Indes, Software Backupand Disaster Recovery Plan.  Maintenance Reports not required but on migration put as Quick Notes.

39. Lotus Notes known issue - fields display as editable in a subform in a controlled access section even if user does not have edit access to that section - explore possible solutions.     Controlled Access Sections placed on subforms - however, if workflow stages changed then accesscontrolfield values on subform need to change
40. Returning to previous stage - current stage should hide again - not working.

41. If no access to do a stage on prompt put message (if author) want to run the update access code.  Check for name and give appropriate message if succesful or not.

42. Embedded views - put process relevant category calculations on forms (not view column).
