1. Size of frame on My To Do List (scroll bar settings?) - slightly too big?
2. Ribbon bar - status names can be slightly longer now - max length field required?

3. ACL Note - all users need ACl option to create personal folders/views for My Favourites functionality to work correctly.

4. Should NTF template have the ability default in the brief title? - No

5. New view required for Protective Systems - By Shutdown Module.  Shutdown Module field drop down from list?

6. Front End / Back End Test Online - drop down fields based on current Plant State keyword config?
 PA1 PA2 - 5 (also put on maintenance polic line items)

7. Protective System Schedule - swap position of SIL rating and Doc Ref fields.

8. IDEA - field to enter drawing numbers that then link to relevant file.

9. Move Protective System Schedule to dedicated form (based on Item Top Sheet design).  Tabs to include - Latest, Basics, Failures, Notes, Actions and Mods.  RCAs will be created from the Item.  The Item Top Sheet will need a new tab for Trips and Alarms.  Tick box on Item To Sheet to display the new tab.
Can be created free standing and select the item number from the standard list.  Will appear in the Item embedded view but do not need to be created from the Item Top Sheet.

10. Discuss how to implement the ability for more than one SAP number, Test Frequency on Schedule. Done, see 23 below

11. SC to perform formal test of Schedule calculation.

12. RIE stage is not required on the Schedule. However, an extra stage is required at the end, after SAP number entered, "Awaiting Issue" - System Manager?

13. Need to implement functionality to return a protective equipment schedule all the way to draft and not just one stage.

14. Schedules need a Projects tick box field "This is for a project".  When ticked a big red banner is displayed "Commissioning Only - Do Not Create Any Documents From here - not to be used etc etc".  This box cannot be unticked.  No workflow required.  Ability to cancel/remove these docs required.  Will require dedicated views and keep out of main ones.

15. Need to ensure that if a schedule is made redundant then all of the history (failures etc) is retained in the system. - see view requirement no 30. below

16. Process Fluid field on Trip Failures should be drop down with ability for ad hoc but not self building.

17. Trip Failure need escalating after 12 hours to System Owner, System Manager and Initiator.

18. The e-mail generated under the "I confirm I have spoken to the Shift Manager" on Trip Failures also needs to be sent to the System Owner, System Manager and if category A the RIE.

19. Trip Failure System Manager stage - needs to be able to link to SHE Learning Events Database.  Can add links in rich text field

20. Trip Components - validation error message on creation.

21. Hyphens in database title causes the cookie code way of switching views / outlines not to work.


22. Data maintenance on Area and Plant forms to push changes down.  And System. Not Required
 
23. Protective System workflow.  Sap number stage - table 4 rows, 4 cols - SAP number, Frequency, comments, pa1 etc.
No wizard.
Also need combined fields for reporting i.e combined sap field, frequency field, comments, pa

24. Ensure soft deleted code picks up on protected doc field.  Trips and alarms need middle band.  Projects lowest band.

25. Try and use deleted_tx field for "blank docs" created but not filled in

26. Access to LLOD and Hazard - copy access from current system

27. Library Documents - Push all roles to 2nd database.
Library templates will be in 2nd database.

Role update code needs to check both databases - i.e. update main and 2nd database
 
28. Motors views are the only ones that have the 'Add To My Favourites' action button - needs adding to more views

29. Issue with colors on embedded Protecttive Equipment view
 
30. Protective Equipment views to finalise including Trip Failures
 
31. Question - who can return a Protective Equipment Schedule to draft? Specified by role based keyword configuration

 

32. Ensure Trip System Components docs work in 2nd database - sepecifically views and look ups from Trip Failures
